For our custom earplugs and in-ear monitors we recommend and source products formed with medical-grade silicone.  Crafting exclusively in silicone gives incredible levels of comfort and allows your earpiece to flex with the movement of your jaw to maintain a seal and keep perfect isolation. Using silicone means that the earpieces quickly warm to body temperature so you can enjoy your sound without noticing that you have anything in your ears.
